- No Guarantees: SEO Boosters does not guarantee specific rankings or a specific increase in revenue as search engine algorithms are beyond our direct control.
- Timeline: SEO results typically take 3 to 6 months to manifest. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party search engine updates.
3. Client Responsibilities
To provide effective services, the client agrees to:
- Provide administrative access to the website, Google Search Console, and Analytics.
- Ensure all content provided by the client is original and does not violate any copyright laws.
- Respond to approval requests (content, technical changes) in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
4. Payment Terms
- Billing: All services are billed on a monthly retainer or project-based fee as agreed upon in the initial proposal.
- Late Payments: SEO Boosters reserves the right to pause all services if payments are more than 7 days overdue.
- Refund Policy: Due to the nature of SEO work (man-hours and resources consumed), SEO Boosters does not offer refunds once the work for a specific month or milestone has commenced.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information, login credentials, and strategy documents confidential and shall not disclose them to any third party without prior written consent.
6. Content & Link Building Policy
- Ethical Standards: We strictly follow “White Hat” SEO techniques.
- Third-Party Links: SEO Boosters is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites where your links may be placed as part of an outreach campaign.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SEO Boosters, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services. SEO Boosters shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability.
8. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying all outstanding balances for the work performed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEO Boosters operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that region for the resolution of any disputes.
